Information just reaching our studio suggest that there is a massive Protest At Uwasota Area in Egor Benin City as angry youths Block roads and burn tyres.
They want the state governor to resign for his failure to fix the Uwelu-Uwasota road.
One of the angry protesters, who spoke to EASTERN RADIO on telephone said that the people are truly tired of the deceitful APC government in Edo state. He also accused the Governor of Edo State of playing politics with the needs of his people.
He informed our reporter that the road in question was part of the Governors campaign promise and uptil this moment it is still in a sorry state.
According to him, all effort to reach the Governor and dialogue with him proved abortive and they have no other option than to shot down the road permanently until the Governor talks to them.
