The rail was agreed on by Jonathan and the Chinese government. It will be about the most lucrative rail line as the traffic from East to West is very much.
Now Buhari in repudiating all the good Jonathan has done, he decided, like the 2nd Niger Bridge to forego anything down south. However, China in agreeing to open dealings with Buhari or Nigeria, asked that ALL ARRANGEMENTS, CONTRACTS ETC signed by Jonathan be respected or no deal.
So all this noise you are seeing and lies and counter lies and denial is simply CHINA ASKED THAT THE ALL GOODLUCK JONATHAN AGREEMENTS BE HONOURED OR GO BACK TO ABUJA.
