Gov Fayose Reveals Why Buhari Has Refused To Release Nnamdi Kanu

Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose has described President Muhammadu Buhari’s condemnation of Sunday’s terrorist attack on the Grand Bassam Resort in Cote D’Ivoire as a display of hypocrisy and an evident demonstration of his insensitivity to the plight of Nigerians.
Fayose wondered why President Buhari chose to keep quiet for two days after Fulani herdsmen murdered over 300 people in Benue, but immediately reacted to the killing of 16 people in Cote D’Ivoire.
In a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, the governor said: “If President Buhari could afford to pick his phone and call the Ivorian President, Alassane Ouattara, immediately after the attack, Nigerians must ask the President why he kept mute for days over the Fulani herdsmen massacre of over 300 Agatu people of Benue State, the Mile 12 Lagos killings and wanton destruction of properties among others.”
“From all indications, our President has abandoned governance. The only thing going on in the minds of those running the affairs of this country in Abuja is how to entrench themselves in power by crushing anyone perceived as capable of hindering them.”
“That is the reason they are using the Department of State Services (DSS) to harass and intimidate us here in Ekiti, under flimsy excuses like investigating members of the State House of Assembly for alleged forgery of tax certificates when the Ekiti State Government, which issued the certificates have not complained to the DSS that its tax certificates were forged by the lawmakers.
“That is also the reason the President keeps showing his anger against Nnamdi Kanu and his Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) agitators while the same President has failed to approach the economy and insecurity, especially the Fulani herdsmen menace with the same level of anger.”
“Even when their own Information Minister, Lai Mohammed has told Nigerians that the economy has gone out of the hands of the President, they keep using anti-corruption fight to persecute opposition elements both in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and their own party, All Progressives Congress (APC), forgetting that fighting corruption is not a substitute for putting food on the table of Nigerians.”
“The President must therefore be made to realise that Nigerians are suffering, with price of foodstuffs skyrocketing. The economy is in comatose, Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen are killing people. President Buhari must learn to begin to cry over Nigeria’s problems first before going to other countries to cry over their problems for them.”

Rivers State is 100% PDP - Fayose

Governor Ayo Fayose has lashed out at President Muhammadu Buhari over the poor conduct of the Rivers state rerun elections.
“Rivers state is 100 % PDP, and any attempt to subvert the will of the people will be counter-productive.”

According to him, the INEC under President Buhari has destroyed “legacy of free, fair and transparent elections bequeathed on Nigeria by the PDP government of former president Goodluck Jonathan.”
“It is strange that INEC produced results sheets with PDP omitted, and I wonder what is going to happen in 2019 if INEC and security agents are acting in this clear compromised manner in Rivers state.”
“From reports that I have heard, Rivers state is under siege.

I have seen pictures of people killed and I have seen pictures of INEC result sheets with PDP omitted. Most importantly, I have read reports of top functionaries of PDP and Rivers state government either abducted by unknown gunmen or arrested by the security agents. What all these portend for our democracy is danger!” he stressed.

These five people registered Actors Guild of Nigeria as their personal business. No other individual can come in. My first concern is to clean up Nollywood, clean up AGN. Every Nigerian youth want to act movies now, what future are we leaving for them? Where are they going to write their names?”
But on a swift reaction to Ike’s outburst, former Monalisa Chinda’s spokesperson Egor Efiok popularly known as Bosslady has told Ike to keep quiet. Bosslady took Ike to the cleaners, she said:

“Emeka Ike is a loose cannon and he is very stupid for calling Sonny McDon’s name. Talentless okoro feeling funky goat who can’t act and only rolls his eyes. Imagine pronouncing Champagne, Michelle and Marijuana exactly how they are spelt without knowing that they are meant to be pronounced as “Sh”ampagne, Mi”sh”elle, and Mari”y”uana, respectively; Everyone burst out laughing at Odeon Cinema after he showed off his ‘razzite’ self! Nonsense!!!
Look at him having the audacity to mention names of well-respected Nollywood veterans. He is not even worthy to wipe the boots of any of the five veterans he mentioned. Useless pikin wey no get respect! Rubbish!!!”

DONALD TRUMP BLAST BUHARI PERSONALLY – YOU SAY BIAFRA IS A JOKE, COMPARE YOUR CHANGE WITH PREVIOUS CORRUPTION

Donald trump who blasted Nigeria previously by asking the question ‘WHERE IS THE CHANGE” got a negative response . well trust the US presidential candidate for being blunt , came personally for Buhari. – No sensible president continuously travels round the
globe while his country is in terrible hardship and economic mess.
It can only happen in Nigeria where all that matters to the President is the full introduction of Islam, annihilation of his political opponents and absolute extermination of the people of the old Eastern Nigeria.
Buhari, prior to his questionable victory at the polls as the President of Nigeria made lots of promises which he has obviously failed to keep and in most cases denied.
As a matter of fact, change could either be ‘positive’ OR ‘negative’.
To the earlier misconception of Nigerians and current state of the economy as a result of initiation of impracticable economic policies, it wouldn’t be wrong to assert that what president Muhammadu Buhari and his All Progressives Congress promised Nigerians was a NEGATIVE CHANGE.
If Nigeria is a country made up of Democratic Nations just like the immediate former president Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan rightly proved, sound and unbiased mind can now fully see the deterioration and damage the Muhammadu Buhari’s led administration has caused the Nation’s democracy.

Tourist's pics capture a different side of Pyongyang

Photographer smuggles photos out of(CNN) — One of the biggest complaints among tourists visiting North Korea is their inability to get out and explore.
Tourism is highly restricted, so booking a guided tour with one of the dozen or so companies endorsed by the state-run Korea International Travel Company is the only way in -- even for those flying solo.
Outside the hotel, a guide accompanies visitors at all times and every tour is carefully choreographed.
There are strict guidelines in place dictating what tourists can and cannot do in North Korea -- and that includes photography.
London-based tourist and amateur photographer, Michal Huniewicz, discovered just that while on a recent visit to the reclusive country.
Though many of his photos were acceptable, he admits others were taken against the wishes of his minders.
'Nothing controversial'
The photographs show different sides of Pyongyang, the North Korean capital, and pose a stark contrast to the tightly controlled image the government attempts to project both within and outside the border.
"All of the pictures I took are North Korea seen through my eyes," Huniewicz tells CNN.
On smuggling -- and publishing -- the photos, Huniewicz says he's "a little bit concerned" on whether that might mean trouble for the government minders.
"I don't really know whether they're [under] any real threat, because there's nothing highly controversial in those pictures," he adds.

PETER OKOYE EXPOSES A LOT ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITHIN PSQUARE – THIS WILL MAKE YOU SHIVER!

Peter and Paul Okoye seem to have settled their differences and resolved to sing together albeit with different managements. However Peter Okoye  had granted an exclusive interview to the NetNG on Thursday March 17 about the genesis of the problems within Psquare, Jude Okoye and their wives. It is a very long interview but it’s worth reading. Read below:
THE GENESIS OF THE ISSUE:
The issue was the fact that I was in Psquare and it felt like I was in fear. If I don’t do this, Psquare will break-up, if I don’t do that, Psquare will scatter.’Four years ago, I told Jude that he needs to step down as our manager, because I didn’t want to disrespect him as a brother, but this is business, we have to structure it. And Jude said to me that there’s a way I’ll talk to him, and he’ll slap me. So I kept quiet’.
‘So, a few hours after, Paul came to me and said if I want Jude to step down it’s not a problem, but it’ll mean that he (Paul) will go solo. The the first time word got out about Psquare breaking up, a lot of people called us, senators, governors, and people like that. In fact three of us were once in a private jet to go and see someone who wanted to resolve our issues and we didn’t speak to each other all through the flight. At the end of the day, I swallowed my pride for peace to reign and allowed Jude to remain as our manager’.

5 Things You Should NEVER Say During A Fight

Any committed relationship goes through ups and downs and is full of good and bad times. A happy and healthy relationship is one where a couple has casual spats once in a while with some difference of opinions. The thing to remember during such delicate times is to try and refrain from saying something hurtful, something that could make a healthy fight bitter. Here are some of the phrases that you should never ever say during a fight.
1. ‘This is your fault’
Blaming the other person is one of the most common things we do during a fight. Once an accusation has been made, the conversation will go back and forth about who is at fault. The focus of the problem shifts completely from how to solve it to playing the blame game. So, instead of placing the blame on each other, figure out first what you can do to solve the problem, then explain how the other person’s behaviour made you feel. Say something like — “I felt like you weren’t listening to me, but I wish I’d spoken up”. This shows you accept your responsibility in the situation.
2. ‘You did the same thing last time’
Instead of looking backwards by telling someone what they should or shouldn’t have done, say something like — “In the future I would like to handle this differently”. Bringing up past mistakes turns little disagreements into big ones. When you’ve already forgiven someone for something they did last time, means that you can’t use it as an excuse in the current disagreement. If you’re continually circling around the same tiny arguments, this is a sign that you should try a different approach to tackle the situation.
3. ‘I want a divorce/break’
In the heat of the moment, it’s easy to say things you don’t mean, but this statement can’t be taken back, no matter how many times you apologize or swear you didn’t mean it. If it slips out in anger or by mistake, you should immediately apologize and explain that it will never happen again. Even after an apology, it may be awhile before your partner fully trusts you.
4. ‘You’re such a jerk/coward’
Personal attack will immediately put the other person on the defensive and the discussion becomes a win/lose situation. Name-calling triggers the same vulnerabilities as negatively comparing him/her with someone else. According to Sowmya Narayan, a relationship expert, “It suggests that you’re telling him/her that you no longer see them as an individual. Instead, try to keep the lines of communication open. Control your side of the conversation. Say something like — ‘My recollection of the facts is different’, ‘That is not how I remember it’, ‘From my perspective…’ etc.”
5. ‘You need to talk to me right now’
This statement is always made during a heated fight when one person refrains from communicating. It could be possible that you don’t feel you’re heard and feel the need to communicate immediately. But you will be more successful if you say — “I don’t feel I am being heard. Can we take a minute and just let me make this point?” If you’re both in different spots and disagreeing, recollect your thoughts and think properly before speaking.

BREAKING: INEC Collation Officer For Port Harcourt LGA Caught With Amaechi, Fake Result Sheets(2)

According to citizen reporters at the ward, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Mrs. Blessing Asiegbe for the House of Representatives seat had won the election overwhelmingly. However, Rotimi Amaechi, a former governor of Rivers State and chieftain of the APC swore to steal her victory by all means because of a long-standing standoff with her late husband. Mr. Asiegbu.
Mrs. Asiegbu has openly accused Rotimi Amaechi of killing her late husband during his tenure as governor of Rivers leading to a bitter rivalry between she and Amaechi.
Leaders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) including the Governor, Nyesom Wike got wind of the the arrest of the compromised INEC officer and visited the police station for explanations.
Immediately, Governor Wike and PDP leaders arrived at the police station, more than 400 soldiers stormed the station in the company of the minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, Dakuku Peterside, and Ibim Semenitari and ordered the police to release Mrs. Ekwi Adebisa to them.

Senator Sekibo Slams Wike For Sending Family Abroad Ahead Of Rivers Rerun Election

SOUTH MILWAUKEE WI. (GVE) – Embattled Rivers State Governor, Chief Nyesom Wike, on Thursday came under fire from the State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for sending his family abroad ahead of the March 19 rerun State and National Assembly elections in the State.
“By this action, Wike, who has been stoking violence in the State ahead of the rerun polls, is saying that the life of his family members is more important than those of the other millions of Rivers State people which he has put at risk,” Rivers APC Chairman, Dr. Davies Ibiamu Ikanya, said in a statement issued in Port Harcourt.
He blamed Wike for the current crisis in his camp, which has reportedly seen some of his key allies such as Senator George Sekibo and Wike’s militant loyalists led by Chief Ateke Tom turning against him following his recent unguarded utterances against President Muhammadu Buhari and the Chief of Army Staff, Lt.-Gen. Tukur Buratai.
Already, Senator Sekibo, citing insincerity in the actions of Governor Wike, has decided to part ways with his benefactor. The three-time Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria was quoted as saying: “Wike who is my junior both in age and politically can’t endanger my political career with his unguarded and uncouth utterances against a sitting President with a military background. Look, I was the Chairman of the Senate Committee on the Army and for a fellow to call a sitting Chief of Army Staff names, such a fellow is destined for doom and I don’t want to be a part of that.”
Wike had recently been reported to have said: “Let the Chief of Army Staff come on Saturday to dare the will of the PDP and let’s see if he will go back home alive.” He also was reported to have said: “Buhari as a Fulani President cannot take any security decision without my consent and if he does, I will personally send him to his ancestors.” He equally was reported to have said about his predecessor, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi: “People of Ikwerre LGA if you see Amaechi in your polling unit, beat him up or kill him.”
Rivers APC condemned the utterances, saying that they have further exposed Wike as unfit to occupy the exalted office of Governor.
The party advised the electorate not to be intimidated by Wike’s threats but to come out en masse on Saturday and vote massively for APC candidates since their security has been guaranteed y the Inspector General of Police, IGP Solomon Arase, who is sending over 6,000 crack police team to supervise the rerun elections.

RIVERS RERUN: Banks Public Holidays Closure Frustrates 600 Million Bribe Transfer To Rivers REC.

The reason for the recently declared 2 day public holiday in Rivers state has been uncovered by our team of investigative reporters. Rising Tide perceived that it was unusual for a governor to declare a two day public holiday for an election swung into action. Our investigations reveal that the public holiday was declared to frustrate the efforts of Capital Index Limited to rake N1.5 billion from 2 commercial banks in Port Harcourt.
Rivers State Government security units “intercepted” a message from the INEC REC, requesting that the money be delivered in cash, for the purpose of “internal settlements’. The intercepted message also has Mr. Ikoiwak lamenting that “Roy is making things difficult for me.’ Roy is the other name of DIG Sotonye Wakama, the no nonsense cop who has been posted to the coordinate and ensure security in the state during the March 19, 2016 elections.
“Achi, tell Oga the E.Os want their money on Friday morning, that means we must get cash on Thursday.” Mr. Ikoiwak said in the intercepted message. The “Achi” our reporters gather may be one Achi Wobodo, a lawyer and special assistant to a prominent APC politician and former governor of Rivers state. Gov. Wike swung into action and immediately reported the plot to bribe INEC adhoc staff through the state REC to the DSS.
To frustrate the delivery of the money to the INEC REC, the state has put plain cloth security men around the banks, airports and Capital Index to ensure that no cash is delivered to the INEC boss. “We know they will not transfer the money online because we’ll catch them. We have an informant among. So the safe bet is to deliver cash to Aniedi(INEC REC) or Paul Uko. We are also monitoring the E.Os.
We will not allow the rigging,” A PDP strategist in the state told Rising Tide. When RTN reminded that the transfers to the E.Os could be done through the banks, the PDP strategist who begged to remain anonymous, said “Don’t forget the state government is a big customer in all these banks, and we have all the names of the E.Os and the accounts the payments are coming from and we have forwarded same to the EFCC and DSS.” Already the cash crunch is already biting in the APC, as one candidate Ineye Jack (APC) in AKLGA constituency 1 has stepped down for Prince Major Jack of the PDP stating lack of funds to prosecute the campaign.
He said only friends of Amaechi benefitted from the funds that came from the NDDC. Ineye Jack could not be reached on phone.
More details soon.
